Marks Clearing & Grading is celebrating founder and president Tyler Marks' recognition as one of the Triangle's 40 Under 40 most promising young executives, an honor for young leaders making an impact through business growth, leadership and community service.
Since founding the company in 2018, Tyler Marks has grown it from a single Bobcat into what the company describes as one of North Carolina's fastest-growing turnkey sitework contractors.
The company said the recognition also reflects the operators, foremen, superintendents, project managers, estimators, mechanics and support staff who do the work.
Marks Clearing & Grading first published this announcement in its newsroom on July 6, 2026. Triangle Business Journal first named Tyler Marks to its 2026 40 Under 40 in April.
