Tyler Marks named to Triangle Business Journal's 2026 40 Under 40

Tyler Marks, founder and president of Marks Clearing & Grading, has been named to the Triangle Business Journal's 2026 40 Under 40, which recognizes young leaders in the region for business growth, leadership and community involvement.
Marks founded the company in 2018 with one Bobcat. According to the company, it now employs more than 215 people and runs a fleet of 265 pieces of equipment, doing clearing, grading, underground utilities and paving for builders and developers across the region.
The company said Tyler Marks credits its operators, foremen, superintendents, project managers and support staff for the recognition.
