Marks Clearing & Grading hires Justin Fanning to lead commercial estimating
Fanning moved from the Washington, D.C., area to help grow the company's commercial division.

Marks Clearing & Grading has hired Justin Fanning as vice president of commercial estimating.
Fanning has more than 25 years of experience estimating commercial and multifamily sitework projects, the company said. He relocated from the greater Washington, D.C., area to help lead the growth of Marks' commercial division in North Carolina.
The company said Fanning was drawn by its culture, which it sums up as "Faith, Family, and Dirt."
