Gregg Marks becomes executive chairman and chief growth officer of Marks Clearing & Grading
The former CEO will focus on growth, culture, strategy and acquisitions.

Gregg Marks has moved into a new role at Marks Clearing & Grading as executive chairman and chief growth officer. He previously served as the company's chief executive.
"Getting back to what I love, which is growth, culture, strategy, and acquisitions," Gregg Marks said of the change. "Big things happening at Marks."
The Triangle Business Journal reported the move in its Career Update section. The company said the new structure lets him work on growth and culture together as the business expands, including partnerships and acquisitions.
Two days later, Marks announced Tim Clay as its new chief executive officer.
