The 1,000-square-foot space at 112 Broadway St. is open to entrepreneurs, startups, micro businesses and nonprofits.\n\nThe Lounge is free to use Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It also hosts a Maker's Market where local makers and small businesses can sell artisan goods.\n\nThe first business inside is M.Y. Cafe, a Black-owned botanical beverage lab run by Matthias Payton, who has spent 10 years in the plant-based beverage industry.
