At the Wendell company, Marshall Moser leads that work on residential projects.\n\nNow Moser, the company's vice president of residential estimating, has been inducted to the board of directors of NUCA of the Carolinas, Marks announced on Oct. 6, 2026. The group is the Carolinas chapter of the National Utility Contractors Association. It says it has close to 100 members: utility contractors, suppliers, attorneys and insurance companies whose work covers water, sewer, gas, communications and fiber-optic lines.\n\nMarks said the news came during the chapter's 2026 Fall Conference in Asheville. The chapter's conference flyer puts the event at the Grove Park Inn from Oct. 1 to 3. It lists the election of officers and board members for 2027 at the annual business meeting on Oct. 3, and an induction ceremony at the banquet that evening. The company's post does not say at which session Moser was inducted or when the board term starts.\n\nThe company's website says Moser sets projects up early with accurate budgets and brings a field background to the job.\n\n\"Board seats aren't about a title.
