The menu centers on sushi hand rolls and robatayaki, the Japanese style of charcoal grilling.\n\nOpening dishes listed on the menu include yellowtail ceviche with Peruvian limes and leche de tigre, bluefin tuna tiradito, Hokkaido scallop crudo, grilled bronzino and a layered prime New York strip. Desserts include a Peruvian-style flan made with Okinawan sugar.\n\nM Nikkei is Lee's second new restaurant of 2026, following M Hansik, his upscale Korean concept that opened this summer, according to Axios Raleigh.
