It is Heidenberg's first property in North Carolina.\n\nThe 148,538-square-foot center sits on 15.34 acres and is anchored by a 75,000-square-foot Dick's Sporting Goods and a 31,067-square-foot Nordstrom Rack. Other tenants include DSW and Dollar Tree. The center is more than 92% occupied, and Heidenberg says it is already talking with retailers about its one vacancy, an endcap of about 10,000 square feet.\n\n\"Acquiring Triangle Town Place was an opportunity for us to enter a high-growth, core market and expand the geographic footprint of our portfolio further South,\" said Jason Lazar, chief operating officer of Heidenberg Properties.\n\nThe seller was Atlanta-based RCG Ventures.
